We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from the Official Tomorrowland Store. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return any unworn fashion items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached to ensure the products are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely fix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand over your package at a designated carrier point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
